Please review the following terms. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the purchaser as described in the Business Card Website Order Form and Nottmarketing.com, the web site division of Nott Marketing Services, owned by Lorraine T. Nott.

1. Services. Nott Marketing Services shall perform the services identified below for the Client.
   1. Nott Marketing Services will provide all required web related computer work necessary for the creation of a business card web site as described in Item 2.
   2. Nott Marketing Services will set up a hosting account for the business card website for a period of 12 months. This period will begin when the website is first displayed on the Internet.
2. Fees. The fees shown below shall be applicable to this Agreement.
   1. Price: The Business Card Web Site consisting of 2 pages at the price of $299 applies.
   2. Additions and Updates: Billed separately at $25.00 per half hour or portion thereof.
3. Payment Terms. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: $299 will be paid in advance of publication on the web.
   PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: A non-refundable $100 deposit is due upon receipt of the business card materials. Upon completion of the project and approval by the client, the $199 balance will be collected.  The site will be published upon receipt of balance due.
   Payment can be submitted by check or money order made out to Nott Marketing Services and sent to:

4. Cancellation. If this Agreement is canceled prior to the receipt of the business card materials, the Client will not be liable for payment. Any payments previously received by Nott Marketing Services shall be deemed non-refundable. Upon cancellation, the website will no longer be available for viewing on the Internet.
5. Limitation of Liability.  Nott Marketing Services reserves the right to refuse to publish any information or photographs which, in the sole and absolute discretion of NMS, are determined to be improper, offensive, or potentially embarrassing to any party.
6. Ownership and License.  Any code, HTML, graphics or other computer-related work performed during the course of executing this Agreement, shall be the sole property of Nott Marketing Services.
